Requests and quotes

Submitting a form does not create a service agreement or obligation to buy. EzToTech will review your request and may recommend a starting package, a custom scope, or a safer review path before work begins.

Service scope

Work should begin only after the scope, price path, access needs, approval steps, and expected deliverables are clear. Additional work, third-party fees, hardware, subscriptions, integrations, or maintenance may require a separate quote or approval.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining your own backups, using strong account security, and approving access or changes before they are made. Do not share passwords, recovery codes, private files, payment details, IDs, or sensitive records through website forms.

AI agents and automation

AI agents and automations can reduce repeated work, but they still need clear rules, testing, monitoring, and approval steps for sensitive actions. EzToTech does not promise that any AI system will be error-free or suitable for every decision.

Remote support

Remote support is consent-based and should be limited to the approved task. You can pause or end a remote session. Sensitive changes should be confirmed before they are saved or deployed.

Third-party tools

Some projects depend on third-party platforms, APIs, devices, subscriptions, or hosting providers. EzToTech is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, or feature changes made by third-party providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EzToTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
